Everyone knows the version where the host spends the night in the kitchen. Greeting people at the door, chasing the caterer, refilling something, and realizing at 11 p.m. they've spoken to four guests all evening.
A private event planner exists to delete that version. We handle the venue, the vendors, the design and the timeline, and every small emergency stays on our side of the door. The bigger milestones in life deserve real production. A single-day celebration gets our full attention, and usually more of it, because there is one night to get right.

Tell us the date, the headcount, and what you're marking. We'll come back with a plan and an honest quote, usually within a day. Social celebrations run on a shorter timeline than weddings, and we're built for that; some of our favorite events came together in under a month.

Social event planning is priced by scope — the guest count, the venue, the design ambition, and how much of the evening belongs to us. Coordination-only for an intimate dinner sits at one end; full design and production for a 200-guest milestone sits at the other. Every quote is built after we understand the celebration, never off a rate card.
