Inspire Collaboration. Energize Culture.
CREATE EXPERIENCES YOUR TEAM REMEMBERS

Holiday Parties & Milestone Celebrations
Year-end parties, company anniversaries, promotions and project wrap-ups, planned on one timeline with one point of contact. Our corporate event management covers the venue, the catering, the AV and the guest flow, so every detail says thank you in your brand's voice.
Our holiday party planning has run a 200-guest holiday celebration inside a private home with no banquet kitchen.

Product Launches & Brand Activations
A launch gets one morning to land. Our brand activation specialists brief the fabrication team and hold the build to the venue's rulebook and its move-in deadline. Product launch events and trade show exhibits, built the way the RSA Conference booth was: 48 hours, zero surprises on show morning.

Workshops & Conferences
You run the agenda. We run the room.
A conference should sound like the company hosting it. We shape the space, the signage and the pacing around your message, so attendees leave with your ideas. Our conference planning services cover workshops and summits, where our corporate event coordinators handle the speakers, the AV, the registration desk, the vendor calls and room flow, all on one run of show, so you can stay with your speakers.

The Best of Our Corporate Events
Whether it's a team building event for forty people at a mountain lodge, holiday party planning for four hundred, a product launch event that has to stop people in the aisle on a trade show floor, or conference planning services for a room that can't survive a single AV hiccup, every one of our corporate event planning services runs on the same model: one team, one timeline, one point of contact. Here's what that looked like on the two corporate productions we've run in full.

200 Guests, One Home With No Banquet Kitchen
PRIVATE DIWALI CELEBRATION · BAY AREA
private residence, zero built-in event infrastructure · full guest seating across the property · entertainment sourced from $1,200 solo bookings to six-figure headline acts · one AV team running lighting, sound, and staging as a single production

A Bay Area tech executive wanted to host Diwali for her circle — colleagues, close friends, family — and she was specific about what she didn't want: a company party with diyas on the tables. She wanted her actual home to hold the night. Her family's food. Music that meant something. Enough production happening behind the scenes that she could stand in her own living room and just be a guest at her own party.
The venue was the complication.
Our corporate event management on this one meant bringing everything a hotel ballroom hands you standard — because a private residence hands you none of it. No banquet kitchen, no in-house AV, no loading dock, no bar. Everything had to arrive, get built, and disappear by morning: tandoor and chaat stations from two kitchens we tasted head-to-head before locking one in, a custom cocktail and mocktail program built to spec, valet parking and coat check for a full guest list, florals, outdoor heating, signage, hair and makeup for the host, and lighting and sound run by a single AV team so the night read as one production instead of six vendors working around each other in the same backyard.

Entertainment got its own search. We vetted sitar and tabla artists ranging from a $1,200 solo booking to a headline act quoted north of $150,000, and walked the host through the tradeoffs so she picked the sound that actually fit her evening — not just the biggest name available that week.

By the time the first guest arrived, her only job left was to be at her own party.
Booth 5256: A Forest Built Inside a Trade Show Floor
RSA CONFERENCE 2026 · MOSCONE CENTER, SAN FRANCISCO
10x20 exhibit booth · North Expo Hall · 8ft height limit, 4ft in the sightline zone · 48-hour build-to-show-ready window · two interactive touchscreen kiosks

Mesh Security had one line it needed every security professional walking the RSA Conference expo floor to feel: too many tools, too many exposures. The problem every cybersecurity company at that show shares is the same — a booth full of screens and banners looks like every other booth full of screens and banners. Nobody remembers a logo wall.

Their answer was a forest, an actual grove built inside booth 5256: trees, moss-covered stumps doing double duty as kiosk stands, glowing crystal accents standing in for the "exposures" hiding in the undergrowth, warm string lighting instead of the harsh LED walls every neighboring booth was running.

As brand activation specialists for the build, we sourced and briefed the exhibit fabrication team, managed the full decor build, and held the whole thing to RSA's own rulebook — an 8-foot maximum height allowed only in the back half of the booth, a 4-foot ceiling on the front five feet to protect sightlines across the hall, and every light fixture swapped for non-heat LEDs because open flame and a forest floor don't mix. Move-in ran across a single weekend with one hard deadline: every structure set and every crate off the floor by 5 PM Sunday, show-ready by noon Monday. There was no second weekend to fix a missed one.

What Mesh Security got: a booth that looked nothing like the aisle it sat in, two touchscreen kiosks guests actually stopped at instead of walking past, and a compliance-heavy build executed inside a 48-hour window with zero surprises on show morning.

Why Corporate Teams Bring Us Their Highest-Stakes Nights
BUILT UNDER REAL RULEBOOKS
We've built inside Moscone Center under a show's compliance rulebook, and produced a 200-guest night inside a private home with no infrastructure to speak of. Different problems, same standard: nothing gets improvised on the day. That's what a decade of corporate event management built on wedding-scale discipline actually buys you.

A TEAM THAT LEARNS YOURS
One point of contact for every vendor on-site: decor, AV, catering and entertainment. Your team runs the meeting or the launch, not the load-in. Our corporate event coordinators answer every vendor call so you don't have to take one.

SCOPED TO FIT YOUR EVENT
From a 10x20 trade show booth to a 200-guest holiday celebration, every team building event, product launch, or holiday party is scoped and quoted for what it actually needs — not a package that almost fits.

BAY AREA ROOTS, PRODUCTION-GRADE STANDARDS
A Bay Area corporate event planner with a decade of California vendor relationships: florists, caterers, AV crews and entertainment from $1,200 solo acts to six-figure headliners. We bring the compliance discipline that conference planning services and corporate retreat planning require, along with the aesthetics.
