South Asian, Indian & Multicultural Wedding Planning in California
Your Only Job Is to Get Married
Four events, three days, two families, and one couple who should be enjoying all. We plan and produce Hindu, Indian, South Asian, fusion and multicultural weddings across the Bay Area, all of California and destinations worldwide.
One team holds every ceremony on a single plan and runs it from the first mehendi setup to the last dance, so the two of you spend every event in the middle of the room.
Your Rituals Set the Calendar,
One Team Curates its Details
DIFFERENT TRADITIONS, ONE TEAM WHO KNOWS THEM
A multicultural wedding isn't one event with extra guests.
A jaago with one guest list and a sangeet with another, a mehendi that runs three hours longer than anyone plans for, and two families who each know exactly how things should be done. That is the wedding B Anu Events was built to run. Founded by Anu Batra and grounded in more than a decade of planning across California, our team knows the difference between a haldi and a mehendi without being briefed, and briefs every vendor on what each one means. Your traditions set the calendar. We build the timeline, the budget, the vendor team and the design around it.

Every Ceremony, Planned Like It Matters
YOU ATTEND, WE SEQUENCE
From the tilak to the saptapadi, every ritual has its own run sheet, décor direction and vendor brief, all on one master timeline so the mehendi setup never collides with the reception load-in.

One Guide Your Whole Family Can Read
The Hindu Wedding Guide holds 22 rituals, two real timelines and a shopping and prep checklist for each event, a vendor booking order and a page of guest etiquette you can send as it is.
We wrote down what we explain to every couple and every set of parents at the start, so you arrive at the call with the questions already narrowed.
Same question, a different tradition:
Get the Sikh Wedding Guide here.
One email. Just the guide, and occasionally something we think a couple planning this week would want to read.
What a Multi-Event Wedding Actually Takes
One master timeline across every event
Vendors briefed every ceremony
One budget across all of it
One design language
Both families, each honored
Built once, distributed to your entire vendor team, and monitored live on the day. Nobody chases anybody.
Your DJ, florist, caterer and photographer each get the part that is theirs, briefed on what it means.
Every deposit and payment date tracked from the first event to the last, with vendor negotiations that earn real money back.
Your palette, monogram and story carried through every function, so a weekend of events reads as one wedding.
Elders, rituals, and requests handled with respect and without the two of you refereeing.
Dressing for four events?

Weddings We Plan
Hindu, Sikh, South Asian, fusion, interfaith, African & Diaspora, English or civil – whichever traditions your families share, our full service wedding planning is done around the order of events your family runs, by one team that already knows the words.
From 150-Guest Events to 500 & Beyond,
THE SAME HANDS ON EVERY DETAIL
Our packages cover celebrations up to 250 guests as standard, and larger weddings are welcome. We have planned and produced celebrations of 500+ across California. Whether you're hosting an intimate ceremony or a three-day celebration with four events and a guest list that keeps growing, the process is the same: one team, one timeline, and one point of contact who isn't you.
Most of the planning happens on calls and in your dashboard, from the first week, and our team handles local vendors, permits and guest logistics on the ground. We are based in Fremont and plan across the Bay Area, San Francisco, San Jose, Napa Valley, Sonoma, Sacramento and Southern California. As destination wedding planners, we also produce celebrations beyond California. When your families want to gather somewhere else, we produce the celebration there.
