PERMITS AND PAPERWORK
This is where a planner earns it. We collect insurance certificates from every vendor, confirm your venue's load-in windows and permit requirements, chase the one contact who hasn't replied, and track every payment date so nothing quietly lapses. Then the working timeline goes to your entire vendor team, and we confirm each of them against it. Everything runs through your effortless yes and our efforts in the background.
