Our destination wedding planning runs virtually from day one. Your planning dashboard, design reviews, and calls with Anu work identically from Fremont, Dubai, or a laptop at 2 a.m. in a different time zone. On the ground, we build a vetted local vendor team, handle permits and licensing, manage room blocks and guest travel, and arrive early enough to walk the venue before anyone else does.
Travel and accommodation costs are scoped into your quote from the start, never added later. You'll know the real number before you sign anything.

Jasleen & Jefferson's Lisbon wedding is the reference point: a palace courtyard, a guest list that crossed an ocean, and a couple who spent the weekend as guests at their own wedding.
Bringing you to California.
Couples from across the U.S. and overseas choosing Napa Valley, Sonoma, Carmel, Big Sur, or San Francisco for their celebration. This is where a local planner stops being a convenience and becomes the whole advantage: we already know the venues, the vendors, the permit rules, and which vineyard road a 40-foot truck cannot turn around on.
Multi-day & Weekend weddings.
Most destination celebrations aren't one event — they're a welcome dinner, a ceremony, a reception, and a farewell brunch, sometimes with pre-wedding functions layered in. Multi-event weddings are what we do most; adding a destination to the equation changes the logistics, not the process.

JASLEEN & JEFFERSON · LISBON, PORTUGAL
Jasleen spotted Jefferson on a dating app in November 2019 and swiped right. Their first date was at the Royal Cuckoo in San Francisco's Bernal Heights, and the conversation never really stopped: travel, culture, comedy and a shared refusal to take life too seriously. Lisbon was the next adventure.
What we planned
The ceremony sat in a palace garden, in cream, peach, mint and forest green, with soft Portuguese accents and red as the one bold color.
The reception moved to a Victorian evening under a sky full of stars: chandeliers, an indoor garden, gold on champagne and beige, and fireworks to close.
Between those two rooms, we handled the Portugal side end to end: venue sourcing and site visits, a vetted local vendor team briefed on both cultures, guest travel and hotel blocks across the Atlantic, and the full design studio: palette, monogram, signage, floor plans, all developed in California and executed on the ground.
Jasleen and Jeff spent the weekend as guests at their own wedding.

Destination Wedding Packages
Choose the planning level, and we add the destination. Our destination wedding packages run from full planning and design to day-of coordination, with local vendor sourcing, guest travel and logistics built into the scope.
Up to 250 guests is standard, and larger weddings are welcome for an additional fee.
Pricing depends on the destination, the number of events, and the guest count, and every quote includes travel costs upfront. The fastest way to a real number is a free consultation call.
